Cancellation Policy

Please note: CasaSindhu does not offer a cancellation facility. Once a service is initiated or a payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Questions? Reach us at hello@casasindhu.com.
1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains CasaSindhu PropTech's ("CasaSindhu", "we", "our", or "us") position on cancellations relating to the services offered through our website at www.casasindhu.in, our dealer portal at dealer.casasindhu.com, our tenant portal at tenant.casasindhu.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Please read this policy carefully before availing any service. By using the Platform or paying for any service, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. No Cancellation Policy
CasaSindhu does not offer a cancellation facility for its services.
Once a service request is submitted, a lead is unlocked, or a payment is made, the corresponding service is treated as confirmed and cannot be cancelled. All confirmed services and payments are final and binding.
We adopt this position because our services — including requirement matching, lead sharing, dealer connections, and facilitation — are delivered and consumed in real time, and the associated effort and cost are incurred immediately upon initiation.
3. What This Means
In practical terms, this policy applies as follows:
Service Requests: Rental requirements, lead unlocks, and connection requests submitted through the Platform cannot be cancelled once initiated.
Payments: Any fee, brokerage, subscription, or charge paid for a service is non-cancellable and final once the transaction is completed.
Dealer Services: Subscriptions, lead packs, and other paid features availed by dealers cannot be cancelled mid-cycle or after activation.
No Partial Cancellation: Partial cancellation of any service or order is not permitted.
4. Relationship to Refunds
As there is no cancellation facility, no refunds are issued on account of cancellation. Any refund, if applicable, is governed solely by the specific terms of a published promotional offer (such as a brokerage-refund offer) or as required by applicable law. 5. Third-Party Agreements
CasaSindhu acts only as an intermediary that connects tenants with dealers and property owners. Any rental agreement, lease, deposit, or arrangement concluded between a tenant and a dealer/owner is a separate transaction between those parties.
The cancellation or termination of any such rental agreement is governed by the terms agreed directly between the tenant and the dealer/owner, and is not covered by this policy. CasaSindhu has no role in, and accepts no liability for, the cancellation of any such third-party agreement.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
